It has been a while since we shared a small cabin update, so I thought about showing how adorable it is :). My mother said it was fine to take some photos, so since I was there the other day taking photos in the small kitchen for this publication, I took the opportunity to take a small look.
By the way, you will find many of the sources (and similar pieces) of the small cabin at all times, as well as in the lower part of this publication!
The little cabin (attached to our house) is still more welcoming and more personalized as my parents have lived in it, as all houses should do it!
I really love all the small reflexive details in the small cabin. Not only the lovely architecture, colors and finishes, which I love, but the significant touches that make it their own.

With a small cabin (400 square feet!) Each inch counts, so it is fun to see how my mother makes it work for them and makes it so nice at the same time.
There is no space for “things” that do not add something important to their life, so each piece earns their care, how it works or for the joy it contributes to their daily experience. They have collected such a happy mixture of simple pleasures and significant memories.
I remember when I asked my mother if this little cabin would really be enough, she simply said: “What else do we need?” And she was right.
Although a small house is not always easy to “fit”, and it definitely requires intention behind each decision, creating a charming home of any size is really about finding peace and satisfaction with what matters. In this season of life.
This mentality is one of the ones we hug with all my hearts as caseos in the house meeting place as well. It’s about creating houses full of souls more easily and intention. It is not the size of the house or have the perfect space. It is about learning to love what you have and the small acts of attention that make it yours.

I will point out some more recent updates and other small moments around the small cabin along with some tips to maximize small spaces!

My mother loves plants and has always had a green thumb, just like her mother! Unfortunately I did not get the green thumb gene, ha! However, I try and I also love it. Maybe in my retirement years I will devote more time to gardening.
I love how some of the potters have been using like a small inner garden!
If you are building a smaller house, remember to add deeper windows. It will not regret if you need more space to grow plants or display. Each centimeter counts so deep, they also create the illusion of more space, whether I use them or not!

They recently added These shelves / banks on each side of its fireplace. The home takes time and realized that they missed having a place for books and surfaces for plants, frames or treasures, so they are perfect for their needs. In addition, they can move them if they need additional seats.
I had to laugh at this … I just noticed that there is a small caterpillar that crawls out of the window. Ha!

Do you remember when I gave my mother our sofa at Christmas? Now his wicker is outside the small deck (and looks so nice. They are attentive, I will also get photos of external progress to share) and also) and also) and The leather He is so cozy here! We are always playing musical furniture in our family, so you never know where things will appear next.

My dad has been buying my mother Dear handmade quilling cards (as for Mother’s Day and the holidays) that began to frame through their door. I love the art that tells a story.
I found art cards In Etsy here (she has This adirondack card, This beach houseand These tulipanes. Some are available in Amazon here also.
She also has these Nice blue and white pictures, I love you on the back of the wicker chairs! You may need to get a couple of those yourself.

My dad has its own small cheap and sprinkled gifts around the small cabin. A small cabin Mouse night light Mounting a boat is a favorite practical and significant addition!

My mom often moves things to find the right place, I have this beloved Apronal “Fish” In a local gift store for Christmas and looks so beautiful hanging on the wall! The double duty is the way to follow in a smaller space. Practical and art at the same time!

This beautiful dish was a gift that my mother’s mother gave him at her wedding!

This cabinet and counter still work very well as an extension of its small kitchen. If you need to leave the appliances in sight, just attractive! They have such Nice espresso coffee machine.
Love your televisionAlso, you can change art at any time to look more like a paint than a black hole.

They still love their Small oven!

Mom, mom also really enjoys her kitchen exhibition shelves! It is a mixture of articles of every day that look so beautiful together with special pieces that have collected over the years.
I found several blue and white boats similar below in the origin list, some of it were collected years ago from Italy!
