don’t give up – Re-Fabbed

I went to work on a Tuesday and the main tree in my front courtyard seemed sterile. I am sure there were some small outbreaks in the limbs and some signs of life that happen, but nothing that could easily see from the first look. On Wednesday morning, when I went to the head to work, I saw a completely different tree. He was in full flowering with beautiful fuchsia petals, easily noticed by a simple look. It was crazy for me to think about the difference that a single day was made. From the first day of not being able to see just any evidence of life, until the day after seeing a complete transformation.

Sometimes our life can get dark. Maybe you have been living in a sterile, dark and hard season. You have woken up every morning praying so that God has moved in your situation in a positive way, but nevertheless, you are struggling to see that any evidence of change occurs. It begins to question if there will ever be evidence of new life or an advance in their circumstances. The darkness of winter has become and has begun to doubt that spring will even arrive. You have prayed, prayed, asked for a change and, from the first look, it seems that it is still far on the horizon.

But that is why as Christians do not give up. We must continue clinging to hope. The answer, change, light, can happen in an instant and when you least expect it. There is a line in the popular song, “Waymaker” that says: “Even when I don’t see her, you are working, ‘even when I feel it, you are working,’ You never stop, you never stop working ‘”, it is working in our lives even when we still do not see or feel the change.

In the book of Ecclesiastes it says:

“For everything there is a season, a moment for each activity in heaven. A moment to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to build. A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to give a time and time to dance. A time to do homicamas and time to collect the stones. Looking.

There is a time for everything. To have a morning, you must have one night. To really see the light, you must experience the darkness. To see the growth of spring flowers, you must have an inactive winter. We do not know when the morning will arrive, the light will shine or the season will change. However, we cannot lose hope because we serve a faithful God.

“So let’s not get tired of doing the good. At the right time, we will reap a blessing harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6: 9
