Bedroom Reading Corner – Chair Options

I have almost all the main selections made for our bedroom: wall covers, curtains, night tables, table lamps, header fabric (still deciding on the shape of the header) and the carpet of the area. Last week, I shared a mockery of how I imagine the room.

Again, that bed frame is not what I imagine. I am still working on that detail, but I only needed a bed that was easy to copy and hit my model.

While most of all have been selected, and most of all have bought (or plans are in their place to make/build the items), I still need two large pieces for the room: a dressing table and a chair for me Reading corner. I have been watching the Facebook market for a dressing table that I can buy and paint, and although I have also been attentive to a chair, I really do not want to buy a chair that I have to superholize again. While I am totally able to overcome a chair (especially with my mother’s help), I really don’t want to do. The upholstery is one of my less favorite things to do.

So I had planned to go to a couple of local furniture stores too and see if they have something you want, and see the selections of custom fabrics. But then this weekend, I received an email on the sale of the day of the presidents of the interior defines. Everything has a 20% discount at this time (or 25% discount, if you buy above a certain amount of dollars), so I was eager to see if they had something that would work.

That sofa is a heavy and solid furniture that looks as well today as the day did. I selected Velvet in the galaxy color, and it has been incredible. My cat has not destroyed it, even though it has tried.

As I was so satisfied with that sofa, I hope they had a chair that I could use in my reading corner. Well, they have several that will work! I have already asked for ten fabric samples, but I want to move on and buy a chair during your sale to take advantage of those savings. They have an option “Buy now, choose later” so you don’t have to choose the fabric immediately. You can move on and buy the piece, take advantage of the savings and then choose the fabric later once you get the samples and take the time to make the decision.

Anyway, they have several chairs that I think they will work in my reading corner, and I need to reduce them to The one. While I asked for ten different fabrics samples, I will show each chair in the four main colors that I think can work in our room. All are velvet. White is snowstorm. The green is Celadon. The light blue is spa, and the coral is … well … it’s coral.

That also comes with the option of these beautiful legs, and they know that I love turned legs! These are the greased walnut color.

It also comes with the option of turned legs.

So I think I have reduced the options to those chairs for me reading corner in the bedroom. Again, I will wait until I get the fabric samples to choose the color, but I want to choose the chair today. If I had to choose at this time, I think my favorite is Caitlyn’s Petite chair. That seems like a chair where I could sink with a good book.

I already took the measures of the chair and marked it on the bedroom floor, along with the placement of the bed, and there is a lot of space for it. There is a lot of space for any of these chairs in that corner of the room. It will leave approximately 60 ″ (five feet) between the chair and the corner of the bed, which is more than enough space to easily pass. So I’m not really limited by lack of space. And it will also leave a lot of space for a dressing table on that wall.

So those are the options I am reflecting. I want to make this decision at the end of the day and make the order not to lose the sale. You should obtain fabric samples in the next few days.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
